Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
For your convenience we have enabled self-service returns. This system allows you to begin the return process on any order. To initiate a return on any order simply login to your account on the website, navigate to orders and click the return button on the bottom of the desired order. If you would not like to use the self-service option please contact us for help with the return at sales@mmbirdtoys.com.
For any item that arrives damaged, with issues or is not what was ordered return shipping is free and covered by us. After beginning the return process we will follow up for information about what happened and then send you a return shipping label.
For all other returns, return shipping will be charged. After beginning the return process we will confirm it from our end and provide a return shipping label to send the items back to us with. We will deduct the shipping cost from your return amount unless another payment method is selected or if you would like to use your own shipping label. As soon as we receive the items we will refund your account for the order.
In any case please feel free to contact us sales@mmbirdtoys.com with any questions or requests. We are happy to help any customer with any issue and can also process the return on our end if the self-service option isn't chosen to be used.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like chewed up foot toys or toys damaged from play. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to simply return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive the item and approve its condition we will complete the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact us with any questions during this process.
