The 3522 Twisted Leather Beak Weave from M&M Bird Toys is a uniquely bird enticing chewable heavy duty foot toy.
This bird toy features a nickel plated steel frame thats been tightly wound by hand with a vegetable tanned leather strip. The sturdy metal frame is bird safe and very durable. The frame will withstand any amount of activity during play and can be reused over and over. The leather strip is vegetable tanned making it bird safe. The strip has been wound around one end of the metal frame and double knotted. On the back there is a small smooth metal nub which keeps the double knot in place. The interesting texture the leather creates is a delight for pets to feel and chew. The leather strip has a groove in its center which only increases the tactile delight.
This toy can be held in the hand and offered to pets. Other materials and parts can be added to the metal frame to increase the fun. Even wind other materials on the frame to create a whole new chewing experience. The frame on this foot toy is made to last for many years to come.
